Shoot

As part of our conservation strategy, we have a small shoot comprising 10 (100 bird drive) days. We take great pride in the way our shoot runs, and all the conservation work carried out on the farm is due to the income derived from the shoot, no profit is made. The greatest respect for our quarry is imperative to all who shoot on the farm.

Without the shoot and the covers put in place for it, which double up as wildlife covers, none of the species that are on the farm (including the RSPB Red List Birds) would be here.
